Authors are invited to submit a full paper (approximately 5000 words) of a research and/or application paper representing original, previously unpublished work to one of the program

Submitted papers will be evaluated by at least three reviewers, based on relevance, originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. The paper can be submitted in 4 hard copies (A4 paper) or in electronic form (to be printed on A4 papers). Formatting instructions for final versions will be advised by an international publisher. Extended versions of some further selected best papers will be invited for inclusion in an 
international journal special issue.
