All submitted manuscripts must be in English. Only original manuscripts whose main technical contents have not been published by or submitted to other conferences and journals are allowed. If a paper is accepted, at least one author is required to attend the conference to present the work. Authors are required to submit a paper title and short abstract (about 100 words) before submitting the paper. Paper submission will be electronic through the WAIM''''2008 paper submission site. Papers should be submitted in IEEE format as PDF files and may not exceed 8 pages. Papers not satisfying the above requirements will be rejected without review.
